About the role

Join the dynamic team at SAE Group as our Human Resources Officer. In this full-time role based in Kingscliff, NSW, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's human resources initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

Provide generalist HR support, including employee onboarding, performance management, and talent development

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Manage the recruitment and selection of new employees

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

Collaborate with managers and employees to address HR-related inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

1-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, including recruitment.

Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, including employment legislation and regulations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, solve problems and make decisions.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Works collaboratively in a team environment, with a high level of discretion

Excellent time management skills, and highly organised with a varied workload

Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
