About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Home Consultant to join the team at Vicbourne Homes. In this full-time position, you will be based in our Truganina, playing a crucial role in guiding prospective customers through the process of selecting and designing their dream home.

What you'll be doing

Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable home designs and options

Providing expert advice on home features, finishes, and customisation possibilities to help customers create their ideal living space

Preparing detailed proposals and contracts, ensuring a seamless and transparent purchase experience

Effectively managing the sales pipeline, from initial enquiry to contract signing

Maintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the design and construction process

Collaborating with the construction team to ensure customer requirements are met

Participating in industry events and networking activities to generate new leads

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a New Home Consultant or in a similar sales role within the residential construction industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional customer service

Keen eye for detail and the ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales-related tools

Passion for the residential construction industry and a desire to help customers bring their dream homes to life
