Join our clients ITS team based across various locations across Victoria - You may be based out of any of their satellite offices as a Business Analyst focusing on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This role involves delivering business analysis across all CRM-related activities, from concept to project completion. You'll translate business needs into effective CRM solutions, enhancing engagement with students, staff, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder analysis and plan CRM business analysis.
• Analyse user needs and existing systems to identify improvements, translating them into requirements and designs.
• Document CRM processes and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement.
• Facilitate stakeholder agreement on requirements and designs.
• Liaise between project managers, developers, vendors, and business.
• Perform CRM system testing and review solution designs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.

About You:

A proactive individual with strong business analysis skills, experience in Agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of CRM and related systems.

Key Selection Criteria:

• Degree in IT with 4+ years of experience, or extensive BA experience/management expertise, or equivalent.
• Understanding of business processes (higher education desirable).
• Proven business analysis skills in contemporary methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience in business process review, systems analysis/design, and preparing specifications/documentation.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams.
• Ability to provide strategic support and adapt to evolving stakeholder needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for managing complex tasks.
