Are you an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker with a passion for helping others live more independently? Care Talent is currently seeking reliable and skilled support workers for short shifts (2–3 hours) with the opportunity of obtaining set shifts on a weekly basis.

About the Role

You will assist clients with domestic tasks and provide additional support as needed. These short shifts (typically 2–3 hours) are ideal for those looking for flexible work options or to top up their current hours.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Disability Support Worker in Australia

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current Working With Children Check

Medication Administration and Manual Handling certificates (with 6 months’ experience)

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

Fully vaccinated (COVID + booster) and current Flu vaccination

Flexibility to work short shifts (2–3 hours) with potential for ongoing regular work
