Our client is a long established, area landmark, multi franchised new & used car dealership, located in the New England / North West area of NSW. They are seeking to employ a Sales Manager (New or Used) to take control of all aspects of a Sales Department Operation. The dealership offers security of tenure, strong selling franchises, a solid income stream and a friendly working environment. The town offers all modern facilities including educational, medical, recreational, sporting, shopping and local Air-Port with daily flights to capital cities. The business trades Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings till 1.00pm. Please note that further information about this position can only be given to applicants who are invited for an interview.

Applicants for this position must have solid current or recent experience as a New or Used Car Sales Manager, and this experience must have been gained in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong management, financial, sales, closing, people-handling and organizational skills, be willing to motivate your staff to achieve their highest potential, and have the drive and energy to maximize results.

$65k to $75k + com. Package of $120k to $140k. For the right applicant who relocates and stays for a minimum of 6 months, a relocation contribution will be paid.
