Join Hangcha Forklift Australia, a leading provider of high-quality forklifts and material handling equipment. We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and drive business expansion across New South Wales.

About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and achieving revenue and growth targets. You'll play a key role in expanding our customer base and promoting our range of reliable forklift products and rental solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company growth targets

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners

Identify new market opportunities and expand the rental fleet business

Negotiate major contracts and pricing agreements

Collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales and business goals

Provide market insights and feedback to senior management

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, automotive, or material handling industry

At least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strategic mindset with solid business acumen

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Valid Australian driver's licence and full work rights
