MJD Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected organisation seeking a Temporary Accounts Payable Officer to provide essential support during a busy project period. Working alongside a motivated and friendly finance team, you’ll ensure the smooth processing of payments and invoices while maintaining accuracy and compliance within a regulated environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, prides themselves on attention to detail, and can hit the ground running in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of invoices and payments accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile supplier statements and manage AP queries
• Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations
• Support the team through a system roll-out (Dynamics 365)
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Provide ad hoc administrative and project support as needed

About You

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or finance support role
• Strong understanding of AP processes and compliance requirements
• Experience with Dynamics 365 (essential)
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator and team player
• Able to start immediately and commit through to mid-December
