We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Officer to join a well-established not-for-profit for a two-month temporary assignment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing:

• End to end Accounts Payable
• Processing high volumes of invoices and payments
• Reconciling corporate credit card accounts
• Managing supplier queries and data
• Supporting internal stakeholders across multiple sites
• Ensuring compliance with GST and audit requirements

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years' experience in Accounts Payable
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP processes
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency in a large ERP system and Excell
• Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
