Projects span from Adelaide metro through to remote regional South Australia, involving strong partnerships with DIT and government clients.

The Opportunity:

As a Site Engineer, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering key civil and road infrastructure projects across South Australia. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure all site activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Prepare and maintain QA documentation including ITPs, checklists, test records, and as-built drawings
- Conduct or supervise site set-out and surveying to verify levels and ensure works align with design
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring quality, progress, and compliance on site
- Promote and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all site operations
- Track quantities, monitor costs, and assist with progress claims, reporting, and forecasting
- Support development and maintenance of construction programs and schedules
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors to resolve technical and delivery issues
- Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and supplier documentation
- Collaborate with supervisors and crews to maintain clear communication and daily objectives

What You Need to Succeed:
· Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
· On-site experience in civil or road construction
· Strong technical understanding of road and pavement construction
· Solid commercial and cost management skills
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
· Willingness to travel DIDO to metro and regional projects when required
