With expertise across pipelines, stormwater, pavements, streetscapes, structural concrete, and major road upgrades, they are known for exceeding client expectations and driving successful outcomes. As part of their ongoing growth, they are seeking a Project Engineer to join their Adelaide team, with the opportunity to progress into a Project Manager role.

The Role

As Project Engineer, you will take on a hands-on role across both site and office environments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting project delivery from planning and programming through to completion
• Coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and material delivery to meet project milestones
• Assisting with project financials including budgets, cost tracking, and reporting
• Developing and implementing project documentation such as Work Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans
• Ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld across all aspects of delivery
• Collaborating closely with Project Managers and Supervisors to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 2 – 3 years civil construction experience, ideally across earthworks, pavements, streetscapes, pipework, or structural concrete, SA Water experience will be highly regarded
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across clients and teams
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the drive to step into leadership responsibilities
• A genuine commitment to fostering a positive safety and quality culture on every project
