The Role

As a Civil Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the on-ground delivery of civil infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating daily site operations, subcontractors, and materials to meet project milestones.
• Supporting construction activities across earthworks, structural concrete, utilities, and roadworks.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Assisting with site documentation including Work Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, and progress reports.
• Working closely with Project Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Managers to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.

The Like Mind

To be successful in this role, you will bring a foundation in civil engineering, backed by a tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline. Hands-on experience in civil construction is preferred, but it's your ability to communicate clearly and organise effectively that will be essential in successfully coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations.

You will be proactive in identifying and solving problems on-site, with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
