We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Spray Rig Operator to oversee our spraying operations and help deliver precise, efficient outcomes across our broadacre farming enterprise.

Role Overview

You’ll take charge of our brand-new Haige Spray Rig and play a key role in running our cropping program. Using advanced precision-spraying systems, you’ll plan, operate, and maintain equipment to achieve top performance and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

Operate and manage the new John Deere Haige Spray Rig

Perform general and weed seeker spraying with the Miller rig when needed

Decontaminate and service rigs to maintain peak efficiency

Work closely with management to plan and implement spray programs

Assist with general farm work during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

Machinery operating background — tractors, trucks, or similar

Previous spray rig experience an advantage, but not essential

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable, motivated, and a positive team player

Must have or able to get a HR licence

Non smoking/vaping applicants only
