Workfast are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Weed Sprayer & Brush Cutter Operator to join our team for the spraying and maintenance of street areas in Yatala.

• $34.76 p/h + OT + Super
• Full time hours every week
• 6am – 4pm
• Monday – Friday
• Yatala Location

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with general labouring or landscaping experience and a strong work ethic to contribute to the upkeep and beautification of the community’s public spaces.

What you will be doing:

• Landscape maintenance – hedging, brush cutting, pruning, knapsack spraying
• Perform outdoor spraying of street areas, footpaths, and public spaces to control weeds
• Operate brush cutters and other tools for vegetation management
• Assist with general labouring tasks as required, including manual handling and site preparation

What you need:

• General labouring or landscaping experience (required)
• White Card and valid driver’s licence (required)
• Chemical certificate (preferred)
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and operate 15-litre spray packs
• Experience using brush cutters and other outdoor maintenance tools
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
