We’re seeking a Lead Spray Rig Operator to take charge of our spraying program and work as part of a dedicated team focused on efficiency, quality, and innovation.

About the Role

Operate and manage a brand-new Haige Spray Rig using precision spraying technology.

Must enjoy early mornings

Use WeedSeeker and assist with general spraying using a Miller Spray Rig when required.

Maintain and calibrate spray rigs to ensure optimal performance.

Plan and execute spray programs in collaboration with farm management.

Assist with broader farm operations during peak periods.

Skills & Experience

Machinery operating background required (e.g. tractors, trucks, or similar).

Spray rig experience desirable but not essential — full training provided.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work within a team.

High attention to detail and safety.
