Our client is a leader in the field of diversified technology within the control environment for commercial and industrial buildings.

We are seeking a BMS Control Technician to join their friendly, well-established team.

Your tasks include the service and maintenance of BMS/DDC Controls and related systems.

Position:

Your main responsibilities will include:

Scheduled and unplanned maintenance of BMS / HVAC controls

Develop successful control strategies across multiple sites.

Quoting and delivery of minor works projects including commissioning, engineering and managing subcontractor

Customer relationship development

For this role, you will need:

Trade certificate in Air conditioning or Electrical

Worked within the BMS Service arena

Good knowledge of BMS Systems (Tridium or Reliable Controls knowledge or similar highly sort after)

A thirst for knowledge in Controls

Good communication with clients and customers

Ability to work in a team environment

Package includes

$100K - $120K Base Plus Sup + Car or Car allowance + Phone + Over time rates
