The Role

This is a workshop-based position with a strong focus on customer service, mechanical repair, and electrical servicing of small motors and powered cleaning machines. This varied role suits someone young with mechanical aptitude or someone with field experience who wants to get off the road and enjoy a stable, workshop-based role.

Duties include:

Providing excellent customer service both over the phone and in person

Servicing and repairing small petrol engines and powered cleaning machines

Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults (240V / 12V systems)

Sourcing parts, managing stock levels, and ordering when necessary

Monitoring job progress and ensuring accurate job documentation

Occasionally attending on-site service calls (minimal)

Completing work efficiently and within set timeframes

Requirements:

Solid understanding of 240V and 12V systems

Test and Tag licence or Electrical licence (desirable not essential)

Experience with petrol engines &/ or mechanical work

Physically fit and comfortable working in confined spaces

A valid driver’s licence
