We’re hiring a Garden Maintenance Crew Member to join our dedicated team at Durban Landscaping & Garden Maintenance, where you’ll work across some of Melbourne’s most well-known locations — from shopping centres and schools to retirement villages and business parks plus more locations.

This isn’t your average gardening job. Each day brings a new site, a new challenge, and a chance to make real impact on the presentation of public and commercial green spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lawn care – mowing, edging and brush cutting with precision

Garden detailing – pruning, trimming, shaping and hedge care

General upkeep – weed control, watering, tidying, and blowing paths

Landscape enhancement – mulching, planting, and refreshing garden beds

Reporting – communicating completed work with our operations team using start of the art apps

Project support – helping on larger landscaping and seasonal works

What We’re Looking For

Proven garden maintenance experience (commercial or residential) – required

Valid driver’s license & confident towing a trailer – required

Strong operation skills with tools like ride-ons, blowers, and hedge trimmers – required

Punctual, dependable, and ready for physical, hands-on work

A great attitude and attention to detail – we take pride in doing things properly

Able to provide or obtain:

Police Check - required

Working with Children Check - required

COVID Vaccination Certificate
