The Role:

Reporting to the Underground Supervisor, this role plays a vital part in reinforcing underground structures and ensuring the smooth operation of our development mining activities. If you’re experienced in shotcrete spraying and passionate about safety, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate shotcrete spraying equipment in underground environments with precision and care.

Apply shotcrete efficiently to support and strengthen underground structures.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Uphold Victory Minerals’ health, safety, and security standards—identifying risks and promoting a safe work culture.

About You:

To be successful in the role, you will possess:

Previous experience in Shotcreting

All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL's)

Extensive experience in Underground Mining

Ability to meet all pre-employment requirements including medical & police check

Residency in Ballarat or surrounds, or open to relocation
