Job description:
Our client, based in the Eastern Suburbs, are industry leaders in the field of recycling products and currently require experienced staff to join their team. The position is a Loader & Excavator Operator working on a crushing plant and will involve the operation of various types of plant machinery.

These roles are initially casual positions with the possibility to go permanent and offering an outstanding opportunity to join a dedicated and busy team.

Please note, this role will commence on Night shift before moving over into an ongoing Day shift role.

Shift Schedule:

• Night shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00pm to 6:00am
• Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 4:00pm
• Occasional Saturday work, 6:30am to 12:00pm

Duties:

• Operation of Front-End Loader
• Operation of Excavator
• Loading trucks
• Loading mobile hopper and crusher
• Stockpile materials
• General Labouring tasks

Skills and Experience:

• Must hold Construction White Card and relevant tickets.
• Loader, Excavator experience essential
• Previous experience with mobile crushing / screening equipment & crushing equipment maintenance advantageous
• Previous experience working in recycling yard or sand / quarry experience advantageous
