About the role

Civilpro Excavations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled civil plant operator to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This full-time position is a crucial role within our construction company, responsible for operating excavators compactors bulldozers and other earthmoving plant on various civil construction projects around Melbourne.

What you'll be doing

Safely operate and maintain excavators on construction sites

Assist with the setup and operation of other heavy machinery as required

Carry out pre-start checks and routine maintenance on excavators

Work alongside other operators, laborer's and site supervisors to complete projects on time and to a high standard

Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations on site

What we're looking for

Formal qualification in excavator operation

Significant experience (minimum 3 years) operating excavators on large-scale construction projects

Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in a high-risk environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as required
