The Role & Builder

This is a rare chance to step into a Luxury Residential Leading Hand or Site Supervisor role with one of Sydney’s most highly regarded builders in the private market.

You’ll assist in day-to-day site coordination including:

Managing trades and subcontractors

Setout and ensuring quality workmanship

Site safety, daily logs, and weekly reporting

Coordinating high-end finishes and details

Carrying out minor carpentry tasks as needed

This role suits a trade-qualified Carpenter ready to grow their career with a stable, well-established builder specialising exclusively in luxury homes ranging from $2M–$10M.

Qualifications & Experience

Carpentry trade qualification essential

Proven experience on luxury residential projects or architectural new builds

Strong eye for detail and understanding of high-end finishes

Confident communicator with professional presentation and a proactive mindset
