The Role
We're looking for a reliable Handyman / Maintenance Worker to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and takes pride in delivering high-quality results. You'll be responsible for general maintenance, repairs, and property upkeep across commercial sites in the northern region of Sydney (Hornsby, Manly etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Perform general repairs and maintenance (patching, painting, minor carpentry, caulking, furniture assembly, etc.)
Repair and maintain fixtures, doors, locks, fences, blinds
Carry out basic plumbing and electrical tasks (if licensed)
Conduct property maintenance and inspection tasks
Respond to client job requests in a timely, professional manner
Perform gardening and outdoor maintenance as required
About You
Previous experience in handyman or general maintenance work
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Own tools and reliable vehicle
Own tools, reliable vehicle, and current Australian driver's license
Own basic hand tools and power tools including drill, saw, and measuring equipment
Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
Excellent communication and customer service skills
White Card, Police Check, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
