Join Our Team at Sobels Wines – Cellar Door Ambassador (Full-Time)

Sobels Wines, nestled in the heart of the Hunter Valley, is looking for a passionate and experienced wine professional to join our iconic Cellar Door team.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences through wine tastings and sales.

Drive direct-to-consumer sales and actively grow our Wine Club membership.

Support wholesale and retail channel development through effective customer outreach.

Assist with basic cellar hand duties, including stock management, wine packaging, and maintaining presentation standards.

Help manage CRM systems and perform some required tasks.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the wine or luxury beverage industry.

Strong knowledge of wine, with WSET certification or similar qualifications highly regarded.

Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for engaging with people.

Experience in CRM, administration, and customer relationship development.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Flexibility to work weekends as required in a full-time capacity.

Previous experience in a cellar door or people management role will be highly advantageous.
