ARCHITECT – CC & CD DOCUMENTATION EXPERIENCE

Tony Owen Partners is a Sydney-based architectural practice recognised for its innovative and contemporary design approach across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Our studio is driven by creativity, precision, and collaboration in delivering high-quality architectural outcomes.

We are urgently seeking a skilled Architect / Documentator to join our team with a strong background in documentation for multi-residential and mixed-use projects.

Candidates must be Australian permanent residents.

An architecture degree is required for this position.

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Certificate (CC) and Construction Documentation (CD) for Class 2 and Class 3 buildings.

Understanding of the BCA and Australian Standards.

Ability to coordinate with consultants and on time delivery.

Proficiency in Revit (essential) and ability to work with AutoCAD when required.

Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
