We are now seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic design team in our brand new Sydney CBD office.

What you'll be doing

Lead the delivery of multi residential, mixed use and hospitality projects

Manage project teams and coordinate with consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects

Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and schedules

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to achieve project objectives

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers

Contribute to the practice's continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

What we're looking for

Recognised Degree in Architecture

NSW Registered Architect

Minimum 8 years of post-graduate experience in a senior architectural role

must have DBP Registration

Proficiency Revit and Adobe Creative Suite

Collaborate with the Principal to design and document residential projects from DA through to Construction Documentation.

Liaise with authorities and manage planning and approval processes.

Administer building contracts and conduct regular site visits.

Ensure quality control and design consistency across all project stages.

Respond to site RFIs, manage variations and support the construction process.

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
