ABOUT THE POSITION.

We’re looking for a motivated and capable team member—from mid-level to project lead to support with documentation and coordination across a growing portfolio of projects. With a recent increase in workload, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with a small, supportive team and gain hands-on experience across all project phases. Depending on your experience, you may also take the lead on specific tasks or project components.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Collaborate to design education and healthcare facilities
• Work on all stages of the projects from conception to completion
• Develop detailed architectural plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with education and healthcare regulation

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Proven experience in healthcare or education is preferred
• Industry experience in construction documentation and detailing
• Working knowledge of Revit
• Excellent communication and relationship management
