Our Wollongong franchise is a family-owned business with nearly 30 years of experience, servicing the Illawarra, Southern Highlands, Sutherland Shire/St George, and Far South Coast to Jervis Bay.
We specialise in signboards, shopfronts, brochures, flyers, and professional photography, videography, and 3D walkthroughs.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and friendly Administration Assistant to join our small, supportive team in Fairy Meadow.
This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, efficient, and enjoys working with both customers and colleagues in a busy, creative environment.
Casual position (approx. 3.5 days per week)
Opportunity to increase hours and move to a permanent part-time role
Stable, family-run business offering a long-term opportunity
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and manage quote requests
Handle general administration duties
Assist and liaise with other staff members for sales support
About You
To be successful, you’ll bring:
Experience in order processing or office-based customer service
A reliable, stable work history and strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Competence with Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
Moderate touch typing and data entry skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
