We’re seeking a proactive and engaging WHS Consultant who combines technical expertise with the confidence and communication skills to connect with clients and champion wellbeing solutions.
This newly created role reports to the National Customer Relations Leader and is ideal for someone who thrives on excellence, builds trust easily, and takes pride in delivering outcomes that set the industry standard.
What You’ll Do
Lead all WHS programs, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities to enhance their wellbeing programs
Confidently communicate and pitch WHS initiatives that align with client needs and business goals
Deliver high quality, compliant WHS interventions and support return to work programs
Respond to client enquiries within 24 hours and provide service quotes within 2–3 business days
Track and report on WHS revenue, opportunities, and program outcomes
Stay on top of regulatory and industry compliance changes to maintain Beneco’s integrity and reputation
Collaborate with leaders and consultants to develop and continuously improve WHS programs and resources
Proactively share insights and ideas that drive innovation and strengthen Beneco’s WHS offering
About You
You’re a consultative high performer who brings expertise, warmth and professionalism to every client interaction. You:
Hold qualifications or relevant experience in WHS, Occupational Health, or Injury Management
Are confident engaging with clients presenting, influencing and building credibility through trust and understanding
Naturally spot opportunities to add value and improve outcomes for clients
Take initiative and ownership of your work, development and results
Thrive in a high standard, fast-paced environment and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo
Communicate clearly and confidently, giving and receiving feedback to improve outcomes
