What you’ll do

• Lead a small crew of 4–7 landscapers and apprentices
• Deliver premium softscape projects – planting, turfing, mulching and irrigation coordination
• Manage schedules, materials and day-to-day logistics
• Work directly with clients and designers to bring gardens to life
• Keep every site neat, safe and professional
• Support and mentor junior staff

What you’ll bring

• Strong knowledge of plants, soil and garden maintenance
• Proven experience in soft-scape landscaping
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring others
• Current driver’s licence
