This is a critical systems integration role to improve FRV’s performance as part of our HR Transformation Project.
About the opportunity
The Senior Business Analyst key focus will be on integration, leading the analysis, optimisation of business systems processes and workflows to improve organisational performance, and drive operational efficiency.
This role models future-state detailed requirements for solutions and steers the implementation of initiatives aligned with the organisation’s program goals.
The role will also work closely in collaboration with the Project Manager and Solution Architecture Lead to support the overall project delivery and the alignment to the overall FRV Governance process.
The successful incumbent must be a self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in complex and changing environments.
This is a 12 month fixed term opportunity not to be missed.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will have:
Tertiary Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Project Management Certification: Certification in Agile or Scrum Master, demonstrating expertise in managing iterative projects.
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with a deep understanding of the business processes that drive HRIS integrations across systems such as payroll, finance, and third-party platforms.
Extensive experience with integration technologies including APIs, messaging protocols, file transfer and commercial middleware solutions (Mulesoft, Azure, AWS).
Demonstrated experience in documenting using process flows, technical flows, sequence diagrams and others that map to technology and business deliverables.
Solid understanding of data models and transformation logic to deliver the desired business outcome.
Strong background in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

FRV’s standard practice is to appoint at the base of the salary range, however consideration will be given to an above base salary within the advertised range based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience
