We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to spearhead the strategic assessment and delivery of integrated business and technology solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This pivotal role involves tackling a fragmented application landscape where various systems across business units present overlaps, inefficiencies, and data silos, impacting core functions, compliance, and overall operational effectiveness.

As a leader within a dedicated project team, you will drive the analysis, strategy, and roadmap development for application rationalisation, directly influencing executive decisions and supporting the organisation's long-term digital transformation and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business & Systems Analysis

• Lead Detailed Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of current-state applications, processes, and data flows across multiple operational domains.
• Identify Opportunities: Pinpoint inefficiencies, critical gaps, functional overlaps, and consolidation opportunities.
• Design Future State: Develop future-state processes and integrated solution designs that align with strategic business and digital goals.
• Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct high-level data analysis, benchmark existing systems against modern integrated solutions, and perform market analysis to inform consolidation opportunities.

Solution Delivery & Strategic Influence

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build robust, trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and expectations.
• Requirements Management: Lead the elicitation, capture, and prioritisation of detailed business requirements.
• Evidence-Based Recommendations: Evaluate solution options and provide evidence-based, strategic recommendations that ensure scalability, regulatory compliance, and alignment with enterprise-wide digital objectives.

Quality Output & Documentation

• High-Quality Documentation: Produce clear, comprehensive documentation, including detailed requirements specifications, process flow maps (current and future state), scope definitions, options analysis reports, and market research summaries.
• Delivery Support: Support the solution lifecycle through testing design (e.g., UAT), detailed implementation planning, and business adoption strategies.
• Procurement Support: Leverage experience in building business requirements suitable for informing a market activity (e.g., Request for Proposal/Tender).

Collaboration, Continuous Improvement, and Influence

• Integrated Solutions: Collaborate closely with technical specialists and business partners to validate requirements and ensure solutions are practical, seamlessly integrated, and sustainable over time.
• Drive Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and recommend initiatives to enhance efficiency, adoption rates, and user satisfaction.
