Indi Creative is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, helping tradies and service businesses scale through Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and creative strategy.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Meta Ads Coordinator to join our team in-office and help manage campaigns, create ad content, and communicate with clients.
You’ll work directly with experienced marketers and get full hands-on training in campaign setup, ad optimisation, and content creation.

If you’ve got the right attitude, creative spark, and communication skills — we’ll teach you everything else.

What You’ll Do

Assist with managing Meta Ads for client campaigns

Design and edit ad content in Canva and CapCut

Communicate with clients via email and calls

Track campaign results and help optimise performance

Work with our marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies

What You’ll Need

Strong interest in social media marketing or digital advertising

Basic Canva or CapCut skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A positive, proactive attitude — willing to learn and adapt

Must be able to work in-office (South Windsor, Sydney)
