Duties
- Lead operational priorities and strategic plans
- Ensure compliance with legislation and standards
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and financial performance
- Embed evidence-based, trauma-informed care
- Mentor leaders and build high-performing teams
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership in child protection or OOHC
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Expertise in therapeutic frameworks
- Ability to manage risk and compliance
- Must reside in Broome- relocation assistance available if required
- Relevant tertiary qualification and driver’s licence
