About the role

You will inherit a successful and stable family law practice: confirmed client portfolio, strong reputation, consistent referrals.

Lead end-to-end work: complex property settlements, children’s matters, spousal maintenance and blended-family structures.

Be part of strategic planning for the team: drive practice development, mentor senior associates and shape service models.

Work independently with strong internal support (paralegals, associates, admin) so you can focus on client strategy and engagement.

Be recognised for your leadership, business development and legal excellence.

What you’ll bring

10+ years’ PAE in family law, ideally with leadership or mentoring experience

A pragmatic, client-focused approach and the ability to manage complex matters with empathy and commerciality

Proven ability to handle high-value, complex family law matters and deliver exceptional outcomes.

Strong leadership and team-building capability.

Excellent communication skills and presence in senior client engagements.
