What You’ll Do

As part of our team, you’ll:

Manage a file load of parenting, property, and domestic violence matters.

Conduct strategic client consultations and provide practical advice.

Draft and review legal documents including Consent Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, and Court Applications.

Appear in Family and Domestic Violence Courts.

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the continued success of the firm.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing family law files independently.

A current Queensland Practising Certificate (or eligibility to obtain one).

Strong drafting, advocacy, and client relationship skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.

A genuine passion for family law and client care.
