About the role

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team at THE KIOSK FLOREAT BEACH'. This is a casual or full-time opportunity based in Floreat Beach WA 6015, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to our high standards

Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation

Collaborating with the head chef to develop new menu items

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer requests

Assisting with inventory management and ordering of supplies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and food safety standards

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Must have valid Australian work rights
