Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Insurance Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in financial services and previous sales experience. This role is composed of two main components: managing existing customer accounts, including renewals, and generating new business by reaching out to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Account Management:

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.

Proactively contact existing customers and identify opportunities to capture additional policies.

Handle upcoming policy renewals and work to convert them into continued business.

New Business Development:

Reach out and convert potential clients we have quoted.

Leverage your sales skills to convert new clients and expand our customer base.

Conduct introductory calls and follow-ups to generate leads and secure new business.

Work with our quoting team to generate competitive quotes.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in financial services.

Proven sales experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and maintain excellent client relationships.

High level of motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
