What you'll do

Support the Account Manager in driving client engagement and managing a diverse portfolio. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth insurance renewals, competitive quoting, and efficient processing, keeping clients satisfied and business flowing.Take ownership of stakeholder interactions, building relationships that drive retention and trust. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage client needs will be central to the team's success.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of experience in the insurance broking industry, ideally as an assistant account executive or account executive
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
• Tier 1 accreditation
