Your Opportunity

The Workforce Planning Analyst role plays a critical role in supporting our Operation Centres. You will be responsible for developing forecasts, optimising schedules, and capacity planning to ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

• Use historical data, trends, and seasonal insights to develop short- and medium term forecast.
• Design and maintain agent schedules that balances organisation needs with employee preferences, and compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities that improves our forecasting, scheduling, and enhances efficiencies across the organisation.

About you

We're looking for someone with previous Workforce Management systems experience and a demonstrated understanding of contact centre operations.

• You have extensive experience in forecasting and scheduling in a contact centre environment.
• You can build strong relationships across multiple teams and turn collaboration into results.
• You are able to break down complex data, see patterns and problem solve.
• You can communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels that drives understanding and actions. For more information refer to the position description
