Your Role:

Lead and oversee projects from feasibility and concept design through to contract documentation.

Present innovative design solutions to clients, stakeholders, and councils with confidence.

Manage project delivery and stakeholder relationships, anticipating challenges and providing proactive solutions.

Maintain rigorous attention to detail, ensuring compliance with BCA/NCC and Australian Standards.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing ideas and fostering a culture of creativity, learning, and mutual support.

Stay at the forefront of design trends and innovation, continually evolving your approach.

About You:

5+ years post-Masters experience with high focus on front end / concept design.

Local NSW experience preferred, with a background in mixed-use and multi-residential projects.

Strong portfolio demonstrating concept and design leadership.

Highly skilled technically, with an eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Confident communicator, able to articulate design intent and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Motivated by collaboration and committed to contributing to a positive and creative workplace culture.
