You’ll contribute to every stage of the project lifecycle while mentoring others and collaborating with a passionate, design-led team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver design and documentation across all project phases for landmark sporting and public projects

• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to achieve outstanding design outcomes

• Lead and mentor junior architects, fostering technical and creative growth

• Contribute hands-on Revit modelling and technical detailing to ensure project excellence

• Manage project timelines, quality, and deliverables effectively

Skills & Experience

• Master's degree in architecture with 5-7+ years’ experience on major sporting or large-scale public projects

• ARBV Registration preferred with proven ability to lead through all project stages

• Advanced proficiency in Revit; Rhino experience highly regarded

• Strong constructability and technical detailing expertise

• Confident communicator with the ability to balance autonomy and collaboration
