Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for a meaningful career and lifestyle change?
Join Wunan Health and Wellbeing Centre and help strengthen primary care in the East Kimberley. We’re expanding our services and seeking a skilled and motivated RN to drive clinical excellence continuous improvements through our new Integrated Care and Allied Health Program.
This 12-month initiative, starting in January 2026, will focus on improving integrated care, care coordination and chronic condition management for people in Kununurra, WA. You’ll play a vital leadership role in implementing quality improvement strategies that enhance coordinated and integrated care pathways and help reduce health inequalities in this unique and vibrant community.
In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders, supporting GPs and patients to identify and manage chronic conditions effectively.

About you
- Registered with AHPRA as an Registered NURSE
- Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience in Chronic Conditions Management
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about strengths-based, responsive, multidisciplinary care
- A systems thinker committed to continuous improvements and person-centred care
- Able to commence December 2025
