About the role

We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Gorski Engineering. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development and maintenance of innovative transport solutions. What you'll be doing

Designing and developing mechanical systems and components for a range of transportation applications

Conducting detailed analyses, simulations and testing to optimise product performance and reliability

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards

Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvements

Providing technical support and guidance to production and maintenance teams

Ensuring all work complies with relevant safety, quality and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably in the transport industry

Proven track record of designing and developing innovative mechanical systems

Excellent problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with relevant design software, such as CAD, FEA and CFD tools

Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control
