The Position:
Join a leading residential builder with over 20 years of success! We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple upcoming townhouse projects across Brisbane's Northside over the next 12-24 months. This is a rare opportunity to join a respected company that doesn't recruit often.

Key responsibilities:

• managing day to day operations across multiple townhouse developments.
• Ensure each project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality.
• Push projects to meet schedule
• Liaise with the Construction Manager

What You'll Bring

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (required)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in site supervision or site management within residential or townhouse construction
• Proven ability to manage high volume projects efficiently
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A hands-on approach and commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines
