We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused person to join our NSW branch. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Processing quotes, sales orders, and invoices efficiently.

Coordinating deliveries and liaising with transport providers.

Managing stock levels and conducting stock takes.

Supporting the sales team with product availability, custom orders, and customer data.

Supporting the warehouse team with various tasks when required

Collaborating with accounts to follow up on payments and queries.

Requirements:

Forklift license preferred- licencing support available for the right candidate.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively.
