About the role
We’re partnering with a well-established financial services firm to find a Team Secretary who will provide high-level support to two Partners and their team.

This is a full-time, in-office role with a strong emphasis on team support, client service, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Be the go-to support for two personable Partners and a high-performing team
• Manage client communications, invoicing, and internal coordination
• Help shape team efficiency through proactive admin and process support

About you

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional admin role (financial/professional services, legal, or similar)
• Strong MS Office skills
• A personable, reliable, and proactive approach
• A desire to be part of a stable, long-tenured team
