From apprenticeships and traineeships to cadetships and tailored work experience placements, you’ll oversee existing initiatives while bringing fresh ideas and best-practice insights to continuously improve the program.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, offer expert guidance to leaders, and build meaningful partnerships with education providers and training organisations. As a visible advocate for Council, you’ll inspire youth and career changers by showcasing the impactful work we do and the diverse career pathways we offer. Your support will ensure early career employees and their supervisors are empowered throughout their journey, from onboarding to successful program completion.
