This is a parental leave cover for 12 months.

Client Details

This not-for-profit organisation based in Rhodes, Sydney has a workforce of ~180 employees. The People & Culture team supports all departments and is central to fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Description

• Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Support managers in workforce planning and recruitment processes.
• Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
• Manage employee relations matters, including grievances and performance issues.
• Ensure accurate HR record-keeping and reporting.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
• Collaborate with the team to drive organisational goals and culture initiatives.

Key Projects & Priorities for the enxt 12 months

1. ERP Implementation: TechnologyOne system roll out (HR & payroll modules)
2. L&D Uplift: Capability building, onboarding redesign, performance cycle support
3. Recruitment: Seasonal hiring, employer branding, system utilisation

Profile

A successful P&C Advisor should have:

• A relevant qualification in human resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in HR advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR employment legislation.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary package of approximately $99,600 - $119,000 AUD per annum.
• 12 Month Parental Leave cover

• 35 hour work week
