Account Executive – General Insurance Broker

As an Account Executive, you’ll manage an active portfolio of SME clients, providing personalised service and expert advice to meet their unique insurance needs. You’ll work alongside experienced brokers and senior leaders committed to your development and career progression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage policy administration and renewals across a diverse portfolio of SME clients
• Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their businesses and delivering tailored insurance solutions
• Collaborate with senior brokers and underwriters to provide outstanding service and claims support
• Proactively guide clients through their insurance lifecycle, from policy placement to claims management
• Contribute to team targets and business growth in a supportive and collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

• Tier 1 Broking qualification
• Experience in an Insurance Broker, Account Executive, or Broking Assistant role, ideally with exposure to civil, construction, or SME sectors
• Strong communication, organisational, and client relationship skills
• A motivated, client-focused approach with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented brokerage environment
