About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and well-managed portfolio of commercial clients across various industries. You’ll be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, providing expert risk advice, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service and tailored insurance solutions.

This role suits someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in managing accounts end-to-end, and is ready to play a key part in the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of established commercial clients
• Handle renewals, endorsements, claims support, and policy administration
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and insurers
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the portfolio
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members as required
• Work closely with management to deliver on strategic business goals

About You

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive in general insurance broking
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial lines
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Tier 1 Broking qualification (Diploma of Financial Services) essential
• Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
